I am a 42 year-old woman trying to raise my son on $300.00 a month. I have heart failure. I am applying for disability that my attorney says may or may not be here by December. My car broke down this week and now I have no way to get the 90 miles there and back for my cardiology appointments. I have fallen behind on all of my bills and I am barely skinning by by the skin of my teeth on those and now all of this with my car. I don't know what to do.
